Why we started
Singularity Cleaning was founded in 2018 by James Medina, a former hospitality professional who saw a gap in the market: most cleaning companies used harsh chemicals, rushed through jobs, and treated clients as transactions.
We set out to do things differently. Every product we use is eco-certified and safe for kids, pets, and the planet. Every cleaner on our team is background-checked and trained in-house.
We have served 500+ homes across the area, and our satisfaction guarantee means we don't stop until you're happy.
What we stand for
The principles that guide every clean we deliver.
Eco-first
We use only plant-based, biodegradable cleaning products — safe for your family, your pets, and the environment.
Trustworthy team
Every cleaner is background-checked, insured, and trained to our exacting standards before entering your home.
Satisfaction guaranteed
Not happy? We come back within 24 hours and make it right — no questions asked, no extra charge.
Community rooted
We're a local business that gives back — donating 1% of every booking to local environmental initiatives.
